How To Withdraw Cashless With Nsfas Card

How To Withdraw Cashless With Nsfas Card | Beneficiaries of the National Student Financial Aid Scheme will have more control over their allowances after a new payment platform was introduced this year.

The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (Nsfas) will provide beneficiaries with Nsfas Mastercards. This payment solution will ensure that students have greater control over their money as Mastercards have greater functionality.

Nsfas will distribute allowances to students via the new Mastercard solution. Beneficiaries receive a living allowance, transport allowance and stationery allowance, and personal care allowance.

These allowances will now be accessible through the Nsfas Mastercard. However, there is an alternative way students can access their allowances.

Nsfas beneficiaries can also use the cardless withdrawal option by dialling a USSD code provided by the service provider.

Students can withdraw money from eZaga using the cardless withdrawal by dialling *134*7772#. Using this option is free of charge and does not require airtime.

Here’s How To Withdraw Cashless With Nsfas Card

Step 1: Log into the eZaga app

Step 2: Tap on “Withdraw Zaga”

Step 3: Tap on “Nedbank ATM”

Step 4: Enter the amount you would like to withdraw and process

Step 5: You will receive a voucher code within one hour

If you have not received your voucher code within one hour, you may dial *120*001# and select the “get voucher” option. You will then receive your voucher code via SMS.

Students Can Withdraw Their Money at…

  • A Nedbank ATM
  • Pick n Pay
  • Shoprite
  • Checkers
  • Boxer
  • Usave store.

Nsfas teamed up with coinvest, eZaga, norraco and Tenet Technology to provide students with the Mastercard payment option. Students are advised to enquire at their institution which distribution partner they are required to register with.
